Processing time: orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. During higher order volume processing can take up to 4 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times below start after processing.

Carriers and tracking
We use couriers partnered with national shipping providers such as USPS and Canada Post. Your tracking number is emailed when the order ships and usually shows movement within 48 hours. You can follow your parcel any time on our order tracking page.
Customs and import charges
For international orders you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges of unworn items within 7 calendar days of delivery. EU and UK consumers also have a 14-day cancellation right. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected. See our Exchange Policy for the full rules and how to start a request.
